Hong Kong-listed company Kingkey Financial International established a joint venture to integrate virtual assets, AI, and other services

Kingkey Financial International, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Leading Tide Group Limited, has entered into a formal agreement with a number of parties, including SIAM AI Corporation Company Limited, Venture Hub, FCGM Strategic Investment Pte. Ltd. and Boy-Long. Each party has agreed to establish a joint venture company to focus on operating and managing graphics processing unit (GPU) server clusters and integrating artificial intelligence (AI), green finance and virtual asset services.
