Yuxing Technology, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that it has conducted a series of transactions on the open market between July 25, 2024 and December 31, 2024, including:
(I) Purchased approximately 78.2 units of Bitcoin at an average price of $80,960 per unit for a total consideration of approximately $6.30 million (excluding transaction costs)
(Ii) the sale of approximately 6.30 million units of USDT at an average price of $1 per unit with a total value of approximately $6.30 million (excluding transaction costs), and the USDT sold under the sale is used to convert to Bitcoin equivalent to the purchase of Bitcoin.
