Trump appoints FTX and Do Kwon prosecutors as top interim federal prosecutor in Manhattan

On January 22, according to DL coverage, US President Donald Trump appointed Danielle Sassoon, the district that includes Manhattan and parts of southern New York, as interim head of the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. It is reported that Danielle Sassoon was previously one of the lead prosecutors in the federal government's case against FTX co-founder and former CEO SBF, and was also one of the six US prosecutors in the case against TerraUSD founder DoKwon.
