Whales holding more than 1,000 BTC have accumulated 16,300 BTC in the last 7 days

According to IntoTheBlock, Bitcoin is hitting the 60,000 dollar mark, and the largest "whale" holding at least 0.1% of the supply has not started to accumulate, and even slightly reduced its holdings yesterday.
Historically, large amounts of positive flows associated with these addresses have preceded positive price movements. However, addresses holding more than 1,000 BTC have been buying into the downtrend, increasing the rate of accumulation since the decline.
The addresses accumulated 16,300 bitcoins in the last seven days, worth nearly $1 billion at current prices.
