On March 16, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Action Plan for special projects to boost consumption", which mentioned that the channels for property income should be broadened. Multiple measures should be taken to stabilize the stock market, strengthen strategic power reserves and market stability mechanism construction, accelerate the opening of commercial insurance funds, national social security funds, basic pension insurance funds, enterprise (vocational) annuity funds and other medium and long-term funds into the market. Strengthen the market value management of listed companies controlled by central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, and severely crack down on financial fraud in capital markets and illegal reduction of holdings by shareholders of listed companies in accordance with the law.
