US stocks close: China's Golden Dragon index hits a three-year high, Tesla falls nearly 5%

On March 18, U.S. stocks closed on Monday, with the Dow up 0.85%, the S & P 500 up 0.64% and the Nasdaq up 0.3%. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell more than 1%, Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 4.8% and Intel (INTC. O) rose nearly 7%. The Nasdaq China Gold Dragon Index rose 4% to hit a new high since February 2022, Baidu (BIDU. O) rose 9%, and Alibaba (BABA. N) and JD.com (JD. O) rose more than 4.5%.
