U.S. stocks opened, the Dow fell 2.93%, the S & P 500 fell 3.35%, and the Nasdaq fell 4.57%. Big tech stocks collectively fell sharply, Apple (AAPL. O) fell 8.2%, Amazon (AMZN. O) fell 6.6%, Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 6.4% and NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell 6.3%.
