Evergrande Auto: Shares continue to be suspended

On April 17, Hengda Automobile (00708.HK) announced that the company's shares will continue to be suspended. If the shares are suspended for 18 consecutive months until September 30, 2026, the Stock Exchange may cancel the listing status of the shares. If the company fails to remedy the issues leading to the suspension, fulfill the resumption guidelines and fully comply with the listing rules to the satisfaction of the Stock Exchange and resume trading in the shares by September 30, 2026, the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange will recommend to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange to cancel the listing status of the company. The Stock Exchange has the right to impose a short specific remedial period or immediately cancel the listing status of the company in appropriate circumstances. The company will issue quarterly updates on its development until the resumption or cancellation of listing (whichever is earlier).
