On April 24th, the blockchain virtual machine DTVM, developed by core technical teams such as Ant Chain, Ant Group Supercomputing, and Pharos as major contributors, was officially announced as open-source, allowing developers to access the complete code and documentation through GitHub. According to its published technical paper, DTVM achieves about 30 times performance improvement over traditional interpretation execution through innovative JIT engine and full-link optimization, and refreshes the current industry's highest level. At the same time, DTVM is seamlessly compatible with the Ethereum EVM ecosystem and supports six mainstream programming languages such as Solidity, C++, Rust, Java, Go, and AssemblyScript. As a new generation of virtual machines, DTVM also integrates SmartCogent, an AI tool suite based on the Large Language Model (LLM), to automate the entire AI process from coding to auditing to deployment.
