National People's Congress Standing Committee: Financial Law and Financial Stability Law to be formulated in 2025

On April 25th, Huang Haihua, spokesperson of the Legal Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and director of the Research Office, said at a press conference with the spokesperson of the Legal Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the 25th that the 42nd Chairperson's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress has made amendments and adjustments to the "National People's Congress Standing Committee 2025 Legislative Work Plan", which will be announced to the public in the near future in accordance with the provisions of the Legislative Law. Huang Haihua introduced that the 2025 legislative work plan has arranged for 14 legal cases to continue to be reviewed and 23 legal cases to be reviewed for the first time. < b > Among them, in terms of improving the institutions and mechanisms conducive to promoting high-quality development, the Private Economy Promotion Law, the National Development Planning Law, the Financial Law, the Financial Stability Law, the Cultivated Land Protection and Quality Improvement Law were formulated, and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the Invited Tenders Law, the Agricultural Law, the Fisheries Law, the Civil Aviation Law, the People's Bank of China Law, and the Banking Supervision and Administration Law were amended.
