The consultation requires full coverage of personnel management and behavior management of securities companies, and requires strengthening the management of key positions. It requires securities companies to optimize resource allocation and strengthen the management of investment behavior of key positions. By taking measures such as increasing the frequency of declarations, strengthening the monitoring of transaction behavior, including key verification lists, and increasing the frequency of inspections, the pertinence and effectiveness of investment behavior management can be improved.
