Former Kraken Chief Legal Officer Marco Santori joins Pantera Capital

Marco Santori, Kraken's former chief legal officer, has joined Pantera Capital as a general partner "focused on expanding the firm's crypto asset portfolio". Mr. Santori led Kraken in building one of the industry's largest legal and compliance divisions and is "widely recognised" for developing the Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) framework.
