Bitlayer announced that BitVM Bridge is connected to the Monad testnet, unlocking new experiences for BitVM landing products

On April 29, Bitlayer, a project based on the implementation of Bitcoin ecosystem BitVM technology, announced that BitVM Bridge is connected to the Monad test network, allowing users to experience the cross-ecosystem BTC bridge function in a trust-minimized manner.
Monad is an emerging high-performance Layer 1. At present, the total active users of the network have exceeded 9.80 million, and the number of independent wallets has exceeded 69 million. After the integration is completed, Monad's tens of millions of ecosystem users will have the opportunity to directly experience the first BitVM-based landing application BitVM Bridge, bridge vBTC on the BitVM Bridge test network (BitVMNet) to Monad Testnet, cast corresponding YBTC, and explore the possibility of financialization of YBTC in the Monad ecosystem.
