U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno introduced the U.S. Blockchain Deployment Act of 2025 (S.1492) on April 10, which seeks to require the Secretary of Commerce to support U.S. global leadership in blockchain technology deployment, adoption, and competitiveness. The bill has been submitted to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee for consideration.
