U.S. Commerce Secretary: A trade deal has been reached with an anonymous country

In an interview with CNBC on Tuesday, Mr. Lutnik, the commerce secretary, said he had reached a trade deal with an unnamed country. "One of my deals is done, done, done, done," he said. "But I need to wait for their leaders and their parliament to approve it, and I expect it to be done soon." The trade deal would be the first of the Trump administration. Mr. Lutnik declined to name the country.
