It is reported that Trump will visit Doha in May, which is his first visit to the Persian Gulf country since becoming the US president. Qatar's Qatari Diar said that "the Trump Golf Club project covers an area of about 790,000 square meters and is located in the 8 million-square-meter complex development of the West Maisma Resort." The Trump project will be integrated into the broader West Maisma tourism development plan, which aims to reshape the east coast of Qatar. A 650-square-kilometer theme park, The LandofLegends, a hotel complex and a marina will be built within the resort.
