Derivatives market CME (CME) released market statistics for April, and its platform futures contract average daily trading volume (ADV) recorded 35.90 million, an increase of 36% year-on-year, of which the average daily trading volume of cryptocurrency futures increased by 129%, mainly including:
The average daily trading volume of micro bitcoin futures contracts rose by 115% to 78,000.
The average daily trading volume of micro-Ethereum futures contracts increased by 165% to 63,000 contracts.
The average daily trading volume of Ethereum futures contracts rose by 239% to 14,000 contracts.
