Hyperliquid: HIP-3 will be deployed, and the MVP version has been launched on the testnet

Hyperliquid posted on the X platform that the protocol will support the deployment of HIP-3, and the MVP version has been launched on the testnet. The proposal involves sustainable market-related features including:
1. Deploy and distribute new high-performance on-chain order books on HyperCore.
2. Gas deployment costs are paid by Dutch auction every 31 hours;
3. Deployers can set a fee share of up to 50%.
Hyperliquid also said that perpetual market deployers must maintain 1 million HYPE pledges, and in the event of malicious market operations, validators have the right to make pledge-weighted votes in the deployer's 7-day redemption queue, thereby significantly reducing the deployer's pledge. In addition, the relevant deployments will be combined with HyperCore multi-signature to support protocol-based market deployment and operation.
