Wu Qing: Quickly release the measures for the management of major asset restructuring of listed companies

On May 7th, Wu Qing, chairperson of the China Securities Supervision Commission, said at the press conference of the State Council's new office that the measures for the management of major asset restructuring of listed companies and relevant regulatory guidelines should be issued to better play the role of the main channel for mergers and acquisitions in capital markets.
