The US Senate has launched an investigation into Trump's cryptocurrency activities

Richard Blumenthal, a senior Democrat in the U.S. Senate, sent a letter of inquiry to World Liberty Financial and Fight Fight LLC on Tuesday to investigate Trump's activities in the cryptocurrency space. The investigation focuses on possible conflicts of interest between TRUMP tokens and the WLFI (World Liberty Financial) project. Blumenthal said these activities may violate government ethics and federal laws, while requiring companies to provide information such as ownership and financial structure.
