Pepo, a key contributor to the Uniswap DAO, announced his resignation on Monday. Pepo, one of the top 20 representatives with 455,000 UNI tokens, said his resignation was due to the Uniswap Foundation's excessive power and lack of transparency. In March this year, the foundation received a DAO grant of $165 million for ecological development, but was questioned about prioritizing self-interest over DAO interests. In addition, Stanford Blockchain Club Vice President Billy Gao and others have also expressed concerns about Uniswap Labs launching its own blockchain without discussion from the DAO.
