BSV investors applied to reinstate a "loss of opportunity" claim in Binance's $13.30 billion lawsuit, and in July 2024, the Competition Appeals Tribunal rejected a specific element of the organization's complaint that Binance's delisting of BSV in April 2019 resulted in a "loss of growth effect" that prevented BSV from developing into a "top-tier" cryptocurrency, losing more than $13 billion.
