Zelensky: Will not attend the Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul

Ukrainian President Zelensky said at a news conference at the Ukrainian Embassy in Turkey on the 15th that he himself will not attend the Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul, and that Ukraine will send a high-level delegation to participate in the talks.
