On May 16, the National Bureau of Statistics announced the average annual salary of urban employees in 2024, of which the average annual salary of urban non-private units and private units in 2024 was 124,110 yuan and 69,476 yuan respectively; the average annual salary of employees in enterprises above designated size was 102,452 yuan, of which 203,014 yuan for middle-level and above managers, 148,046 yuan for professional and technical personnel, 93,189 yuan for clerks and related personnel, 77,584 yuan for social production services and living services personnel, and 78,561 yuan for manufacturing and related personnel.
