Biden diagnosed with prostate cancer that has metastasized to the bone, Trump wishes a speedy recovery

According to US media reports, on Sunday local time, former US President Biden's private office issued a statement saying that Biden has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer and that the cancer cells have spread to the bone. The statement also said, "Although this is a more aggressive disease, this cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive and therefore can be managed effectively. Biden and his family are reviewing treatment options with his doctor."
Trump tweeted, "Melania and I are saddened by Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis, and we extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and her family for a speedy recovery."
The news of Biden's cancer comes as a new book reveals his mental decline during his presidency and aides' attempts to cover it up, a fact that has dogged his life since leaving office. Axios released audio of Biden's 2023 interview with special counsel Robert Hur, when Hur called Biden "an old man with a bad memory." Last July, the Biden administration was called into question by frequent visits to the White House by Parkinson's disease experts. Biden has kept a low profile since leaving office, speaking publicly only 100 days after Trump took office. But as the book's publication neared, Biden also began giving interviews to shows like ABC's The View.
