New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced on Tuesday that the city will establish a Digital Asset Advisory Council to bring fintech work to the city. It is understood that the committee will be made up of industry insiders and the chairperson will be announced in the coming weeks. "We want to use the technology of the future to better serve New Yorkers today, and we have experts here who will help us find solutions that will serve our city," said Eric Adams. "We are fortunate to have that kind of talent in New York City."
