On the 23rd local time, the Agreement on the Establishment of the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund between Ukraine and the United States was officially launched. Ukrainian media said that this move marks a new stage in Ukraine's post-war economic recovery process. The U.S. Chargé d'affaires in Ukraine, Julie Davis, delivered a diplomatic note to Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko on the same day to complete the relevant procedures. On May 12 local time, the Ukrainian presidential website announced that President Zelensky signed a law on the approval of the Agreement on the Establishment of the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund. On April 30, the United States and Ukraine jointly signed the Agreement on the Establishment of the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund, which was previously known as the "U.S.-Ukraine Mineral Agreement".
