Cobie founded the ICO platform Sonar officially launched, the first project Plasma valuation of $500 million

The Echo platform founded by well-known crypto investor Cobie (Jordan Fish) has launched a new ICO platform Sonar, and the first financing project is the stablecoin blockchain project Plasma.
