On May 29, at a regular press conference held by the Ministry of Commerce today, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce responded to the relevant issues of China's export control of dual-use items. He Yongqian, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, said that it is an international practice to implement export controls on items with obvious dual-use attributes.
