Ministry of Foreign Affairs: We will study Japan's request to resume the export of Japanese aquatic products to China based on the principle of scientific security

On May 30th, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian presided over a regular press conference. A reporter asked questions on the import of Japanese aquatic products. Lin Jian said that regarding this new round of technical exchanges, the Chinese government has always adhered to the people's supremacy and firmly safeguarded the food safety of the people. Relevant departments will study Japan's request to resume the export of Japanese aquatic products to China in accordance with relevant domestic regulations and international trade rules in the principle of science and safety.
