The US Senate has voted to approve the report of a joint committee of the Texas Bitcoin Reserve Act

According to Bitcoin Laws, the Senate has voted to approve the report (24-7) of the Joint Committee on Bitcoin Reserve Bill SB 21. Now that both chambers have passed the report, it means the bill can finally be submitted to the governor for signature.
