Meteora upgrades creators' transaction fee sharing mechanism without waiting for "graduation"

Meteora announced two upgrades on the X platform, followed by an anti-sniper suite upgrade:
1. Creator transaction fee sharing mechanism, creators can now receive fees immediately after the platform is launched, without waiting for "graduation". The fee sharing parameters have been extended to pre-graduation, allowing partners and creators to enjoy revenue sharing flexibly from day one.
2. Migration cost parameter, the new migration cost parameter allows partners to customize the SOL liquidity flow from the federation curve to the AMM, updated for teams looking to capitalize on DAO or strategically allocate proceeds raised.
