Hong Kong Asia Holdings (01723.HK) announced that following the passage of the special resolution at the extraordinary general meeting held on 12 May 2025, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands has issued a Certificate of Change of Name on 15 May 2025 certifying that the English name of the company has been changed from "HK Asia Holdings Limited" to "Moon Inc." and that the dual foreign name of the company has been changed from "HK Asia Holdings Limited" to "Hang Moon Holdings Limited".
On June 2, 2025, the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a Certificate of Registration for Change of Name of a Registered Non-Hong Kong Company, confirming the new English and Chinese names of the company registered in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The English and Chinese stock abbreviations used for trading the Company's securities on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HK ASIA HLDGS" and "Hong Kong Asia Holdings" to "MOON INC" and "Hang Moon Holdings" respectively, effective from 9:00 am on 12 June 2025. The company's stock code remains unchanged at "1723".
