The Blockchain Group Increases Capital Around 7.20 million Euros to Advance Its Bitcoin Reserve Company Strategy

On June 17, according to official news, The Blockchain Group, the first Bitcoin reserve company in Europe, announced a capital increase of about 7.20 million euros (about 8.32 million dollars) according to the "ATM type" capital increase plan signed with TOBAM, with an average issuance price of about 4.49 euros per share, in order to continue to promote its "Bitcoin Reserve Company" strategy.
