"High-speed" decentralized exchange GTE announced the completion of a $15 million Series A financing round, led by Paradigm, which is said to be trying to solve two major problems in cryptocurrencies, namely the "blind trust" required by centralized exchanges and the "high order delays and unfeasible transaction costs" common on DEXs.
