Hilbert Group announces plans to launch a bitcoin-based cryptocurrency treasury

Swedish digital asset investment firm Hilbert Group AB (NASDAQ: HILB B) has announced the launch of a comprehensive cryptocurrency treasury strategy with Bitcoin as its primary reserve asset. The plan has been unanimously approved by the board of directors and is designed to respond to growing institutional interest in crypto treasury assets.
The treasury strategy will be overseen by a dedicated treasury committee, chaired by Chief Investment Officer Russell Thompson. Hilbert is currently evaluating multiple funding proposals from institutional partners that will provide significant capital deployment capabilities across different tranches.
