Crypto project financing totaled $10.30 billion in the first half of 2025, surpassing the total for the full year of 2024, with Circle, TON Foundation and World Liberty Financial accounting for 22% of the total. Stablecoin issuer Circle raised $1.10 billion through a listing on the New York Stock Exchange, and its shares rose more than 500% after listing. Telegram-linked blockchain developer TON Foundation completed a $400 million financing in March, with investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit and Benchmark. World Liberty Financial, which is linked to US President Donald Trump, completed a $300 million token sale on January 20, followed by an additional $385 million and launched a dollar-pegged stablecoin USD1. Venture investors predict that the total amount of crypto industry financing in 2025 could reach $25 billion.
