Borderless Capital acquires CTF Capital and plans to enter the Latin American market

Borderless Capital, a cryptocurrency investment management company, announced that it has acquired CTF Capital, a quantitative trading company, to enter the Latin American market and expand its technology field, including investment capabilities driven by artificial intelligence. It is reported that assets managed by CTF Capital will be merged into Borderless Capital's $100 million flagship hedge fund.
