The Ministry of Finance plans to issue 40 billion yuan 30-year special government bonds on May 17

On May 13, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance will invite tenders to issue 40 billion yuan 30-year special treasury bonds on Friday (17th), which is the first installment of this year. The current treasury bonds will start to bear interest on May 20, 2024, and pay interest every six months. The interest payment date is May 20 (postponed holidays) and November 20 each year. The principal will be repaid and the last interest will be paid on May 20, 2054.
