Avail is about to enable the staking function, providing two ways to participate

Avail said in a post on X that it will enable the staking function within two days, including the following two ways to participate:
Direct Nomination: Select one or more validators to delegate the pledge, participate directly and receive rewards.
- Nomination Pools: Pools of staked tokens contributed by multiple users who choose to specify a specific set of validators. These pools pool the pledges of individual nominees and delegate them to selected validators.
