Celestia即将进行Lemongrass和Mocha Testnet升级

Celestia将于8月在Arabica Devnet上激活Lemongrass。之后Mocha Testnet也将于8月升级，Celestia主网测试版则计划在9月初至中旬发布Lemongrass版本。
