On August 26th, according to iChainfo monitoring, three days ago, after Federal Reserve Chairperson Powell's speech on August 23rd, an address raised 12,570 ETH from Coinbase. In the next three days, ETH surged by about 5%.
An hour ago, the address transferred all of its ETH back to Coinbase, potentially selling and making a $1.46 million profit.
