Ministry of Commerce: US PVH Group and Inmena are added to the list of unreliable entities

On February 4th, the Ministry of Commerce issued the "Announcement of the Working Mechanism for the List of Unreliable Entities on Adding the US PVH Group and Inmeina Company to the List of Unreliable Entities". In order to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the List of Unreliable Entities", the Working Mechanism for the List of Unreliable Entities decided to add the US PVH Group and Inmeina Company (Illumina, Inc.) to the List of Unreliable Entities. The above two entities violated the principle of normal market transactions, interrupted normal transactions with Chinese enterprises, took discriminatory measures against Chinese enterprises, and seriously damaged The working mechanism for the list of unreliable entities will take corresponding measures against the above entities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Matters not covered by the announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the "Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities". The announcement shall be implemented from the date of publication.
