OKX Europe Acquires Malta MiFID II Licensed Company

OKX Europe has announced the acquisition of a Maltese company with a MiFID II license, taking an important step towards providing compliance derivatives trading in Europe.
OKX still needs approval from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and is expected to begin operations later this year. The MiFID II licence will enable OKX to offer regulated derivatives services to institutional clients within the European Economic Area (EEA), covering the 27 European Union member states as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
