Microsoft's vice president of energy is optimistic about the potential of wind and solar to power data centers

Microsoft Vice President of Energy Bobby Hollis told reporters at the CERAWeek energy conference in Houston on Wednesday that U.S. wind and solar development still has a lot of room to expand in powering data centers, particularly in the Midwest wind corridor and the sunny Southwest.
