Mina Foundation Appoints Daniel Schoenberger as General Counsel

The Mina Foundation today announced the appointment of Daniel Schoenberger, attorney and senior legal director at DeepTech, as General Counsel of the Mina Foundation, effective immediately. Schoenberger has over 20 years of legal and policy experience in the Web2 enterprise, Web3, and education domains. Schoenberger joins the Mina Foundation from the Web3 Foundation, where he serves as Chief Legal Officer, overseeing legal and regulatory requirements for the development team across the Polkadot ecosystem. Schoenberger has led a number of public policy initiatives on behalf of Polkadot, including testifying before the U.S. House of Representatives on the benefits of blockchain and decentralized technology, and helping to create the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT 21).
