桥水基金裁员7% 精简架构并继续选择性招聘
1月7日讯，据一位知情人士透露，全球最大的对冲基金桥水基金于周一裁员7%，旨在保持公司架构的精简，并确保能够灵活地招聘顶尖人才。裁员影响到大约90名员工。知情人士说，该公司目前的员工人数已回到2023年的水平，并将继续选择性招聘。桥水基金的一位发言人表示，“过去三年中，桥水一直专注于快速发展，设定宏伟目标，并全力以赴去实现这些目标。这包括在经济形势好的时期也愿意做一些艰难的事情，例如保持高标准和组织灵活性。”桥水去年的大部分策略都实现了两位数的回报，其中包括旗下的Pure Alpha宏观基金实现了11.3%的收益。截至7月，该公司管理的资产规模约为1600亿美元。
