0X Acquires Rival Flood to Expand Market Share of $2.30 billion DEX Aggregators

Decentralized transaction infrastructure company 0x has announced the acquisition of aggregator competitor Flood, its first acquisition since its establishment in 2017. The deal aims to use Flood's self-developed aggregator software and development team to improve transaction efficiency, optimize quotes, and compete for market share on Ethereum and Solana. Currently, the total market value of aggregators is about 2.30 billion US dollars, and the market is highly competitive.
