Actively guide international famous products, domestic trendy products, time-honored shops, merchandise stores, souvenir shops, gift shops, specialty shops, etc. to become tax refund stores. Support areas with conditions to build a number of characteristic blocks for departure tax refund. Relax the filing conditions for departure tax refund stores. Increase the filing conditions for departure tax refund stores to M levels on the basis of the current tax credit grades A and B, allowing new stores to become tax refund stores on the premise of complying with other relevant regulations.
